As you have nothing yet, the only thing I can say is you've missed
everything.

In order to display a map, you have to tell it what you want and to do
that, you'll need to look at the documentation, examples and tutorials
for guidance.

If all you want is a map and a point, you might want to check out the
static maps API as well.

If this is too difficult for you, then it could be you'll need
professional assistance. There are quite a few excellent developers
who would be willing for a fee to write your map code for you.
