Hi I am developing in the google maps api and i have managed to get it to display a marker with a letter using
letteredIcon.image = "http://www.google.com/mapfiles/marker"+letter +".png"; where letter is there is a uppercase letter. Now this works fine and gives me a marker with a uppercase letter on. Is there anyway i can get the letter to be in lowercase, i have tried using a lowercase letter.png but it doesnt exist, is there a way to do this without created my own images?
