Oh yes it is. Keys are 86 characters long. Broadly speaking, the account is coded in the first 30 characters; the URL is coded in characters 31 to 57; and characters 58 to 86 are a hash. If I generate a key for someone else's URL, characters 31 to 57 should be identical.
