Our application allows customers to search for a store and then make
an appointment.

Has worked flawlessly for over a year - no changes in months.

Beginning Tuesday the stores can no longer access the site.

1. Stores are protected behind an allow proxy. The stores can only
visit sites whose domains (and subdomains) are in the allow-list.

2. maps.google.com IS IN THE LIST and has been.

3. Beginning Tuesday - maps.google.com will no longer load.

4. My client believes that maps.google.com is redirecting to another
domain and because THAT domain is not on his allow list the site is
being prevented from being loaded.

5. Stores are using IE.

6. My client is inexperienced and cannot review the proxy logs to
determine the disallowed domain and we have no access to their
equipment or logs.

Has anyone experienced this or know of any changes to maps.google.com
recently that would cause this?

Any advice or direction would be appreciated.
