Hi I would like to develop a application which uses the google map and GPS to locate the current position of the device. Then i would like to add markers on the map for a place when the user searches for it. Some other features like finding the route between two places and finding the distance between them.
Is it possible to customize the google map, is there any service exposed to find the distance between two place and the route. I have found api's for web based google maps but have not found APIs for mobile devices. Is there any API such as or can anyone please tell me how i can achieve this.
