The same situation applies to the webcam layer

maps.google.com makes requests like this, which are honoured by the
server

  http://mlt0.google.com/mapslt?lyrs=com.google.ugc.c752d13e87c4fbd7&x=5&y
=7&z=4&w=256&h=256&hl=en

The API can make requests like these which are not honoured

  http://mlt0.google.com/mapslt?lyrs=com.google.ugc.c752d13e87c4fbd7&x=5&y
=7&z=4&w=256&h=256&hl=en&source=maps_api

But also, that "c752d13e87c4fbd7" that appears in the layer ID seems to
be some sort of authentication code or password that changes from time
to time. If the requests don't use the current password the server
returns a "Bad Request" error.
