I set up DIRECTIONS for a trip from Buffalo, NY (USA) to a location in Ontario (CANADA), modified it and all distances were in miles, as I desired, to provide a map for a US driver with a US car equipped with MILES gauge. Upon saving and sending it, the distances all changed AUTONOMOUSLY to km, which is obviously useless to my US friend/driver. How can I choose the distance to be either in one or the other units when I (or anyone else views) the map with the DIRECTIONS provided? I do not see such a choice to be readily available on the finished product. Yet, I am sure I must be missing an obvious tool that would allow me to adjust the units on the finished product, as needed. Help would be appreciated.
