I am trying to create a map that allows the user to turn points on and
off using check boxes based on categories. The points are created
using a php script to create an xml file from my database. I am
trying to figure out a way to speed up how long it takes to load the
page. Right now it takes about 2 minutes. There are about 3,000
points. Would using some AJAX code solve my problem so only the
points from the category clicked are loaded instead of all of them at
