Hi, this is just my assumption: Overflow happens just when image also overflows the infovindow I solved this on my map by adding brake <br / > tag at the end of text
or better is <br style="clear:both" /> if I am right. Funniest thing is, that I realised, that if I have something which overflows outside infovindow - when I open the same infovindow for second time, everything is OK (if you want to look at my map, look at http://adresar.bohyne.net - at bottom are images with additional info - if person wants tro be contacted, be part of group or wants receive info in general) On Jun 16, 2:46 am, Devo <[email protected]> wrote: > hello, > > MAP LINK:http://www.experienceproject.com/widgetgallery/epmapwidget.php > BROWSER: FF 3.0 > > in the map above upon loading the page i query my database to retrieve > content for multiple different locations on the map, and then on a > timed interval i cycle through the various map locations and display > an infowindow with content. on some locations when i open the > infowindow i notice there is overflow where text runs outside of the > infowindow past the bottom. for the content inside the infowindow i > am explicitly setting the width; however, the content inside each > infowindow has a different length of data and therefore i am not > explicitly setting the height so that the infowindow can automatically > adjust. i also set an overflow: auto property on the div, but I still > notice the overflow and not scroll bars. > > the overflow does not happen very often, but when watching the map for > a few mintues i do observe overflow every so often. > > does anyone have a solution where i can permanently stop the overflow? > > thanks in advance! > > --devo --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
