Hi, this is just my assumption: Overflow happens just when image also
overflows the infovindow
I solved this on my map by adding brake <br / > tag at the end of text

or better is <br style="clear:both" /> if I am right.

Funniest thing is, that I realised, that if I have something which
overflows outside infovindow - when I open the same infovindow for
second time, everything is OK

(if you want to look at my map, look at http://adresar.bohyne.net - at
bottom are images with additional info - if person wants tro be
contacted, be part of group or wants receive info in general)
