Please try the following URL. http://www.ocean-commerce.co.jp/fmi/xsl/protected/sched/port_search_e2.xsl Select Japan in Country selection and click the Search button. In the screen appeared, click the Map link of 1st record of Akita or 6th record of Hakata. The map locate the port correctly. However, when you click the 2nd port of Chiba or 3rd port of Fukuyama, the map does not locate the given pair of latitude and longitude in spite of its correctness. Instead it locates the central region of Japan.
There is another thing to note. As far as I tested, this may happen to some Japanese ports only. For the ports other than Japan, it works all well (Please try it by yourself by returning to the previoud page or by re-entering the above URL).
