Essentially, I want to be able to click anywhere in the map, and if
the place that is clicked has one or more polylines underneath it, I
want to be able to return those polylines to the info window.

Let's say for example I click on 38.8751, -77.1069 in my map, and
Polylines 1,3,237 and 4789 all run underneath 38.8751, -77.1069, I
want to return 1,3,237, and 4789 to the info window.
