Doing some more testing, I found that in Firefox the page (http:// topwaterflies.com/index.php) will get hung up if the javascript is cut out and saved in a js file and referenced. If the javascript is resident in the file index.php, then the page load problems doesn't exist.
Anyone know how I can cut the javascript out, save it in a different file, reference it in the webpage and not have this loading problem?
