hi ross, i think first i fix marker problem....coz in starting we dont have too much data just few hundred markers all over uk....so if i can just hide the markers which are not on screen(bounds) and show and add new markers on the map that will be fine.....later on after 3-4months whn data will grow then i need to update my script according to GOverlay as i understand from your reply...untill that time i will try to learn that script...can you help me to fix just marker for now,,,,,and tell me a good tutorial or book for handle 5000 markers.
