As far as I know we don't have a premier key and the application hasn't been released yet that's why she doesn't want to make it public before that. That's why I'm trying to provide as much information as I can, 'cause I know about the link. And I've been trying to find a way to solve it for weeks now, and we even tried the very first versions of the application which are like 4 months old and used to work perfect and now they suddenly show that error when you've just loaded it.
