There's something wrong with my IE installation which prevents me from
seeing the error messages, but if you remove the line
<a name="map" />
from the very beginning of the body, as well as the remainig jquery
references, then the infoWindows open normally when you click the
markers.
There are a number of other potential problems with that page, but I
am only responding to the question you asked.
