Hi and thanks in advance for any and all help. I have an odd issue that only happens in IE (7 & 8) - Open this page: http://www.plantmapper.com/index3.php?SPECIMEN_ID_NUMBER=1224676777
Scroll down to the bottom section after the page is fully loaded. Click on the "Location" tab. The controls are loaded, but the map tiles, markers, etc are completely gone, just the grey box. Click on the "Virtual Plant Tags" tab, then click on the "Location" tab again. The map magically appears in all of it's google mappy glory. You should now be able to click on any of the tabs, and back to "Location" and the map will be present. Click on "Virtual Plant Tags" again, then click on any other tab (other than "Location") then click on "Location" -- map is gone again, and I've been instructed that Rogain will not help the bald spot resulting from me pulling my hair out. You can see there is a ton of stuff going on on this page-- lots of javascript/ajaxy stuff, multiple maps, tho the map in the top section doesn't have any of the disappearing to grey box issues. I have an iframe going on the Virtual plant tags section, I commented that out, and that didn't affect anything. I tried adding an invisible marker whenever you click on the location tab, that seemed to help a different partial display issue (forces a refresh of the map) I had on another site -- the invisible marker doesn't do a thing with this issue. Any suggestions or comments are much appreciated. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
