Dose anyone know a way to keep the map from auto centering when the
InfoWindow pops up for icons. I want to make a mouseover the window
pops up and on mouseout the window is removed but if the map moves it
will cause a mouseout and remove the InfoWindow. Any help is most
appreciated.
