You only have to change Mike's css a little bit and add the
'Directions' and the 'What's here' functionalities.

Both are well documented. The 'What's here' link is relatively new and
uses "reverse geocoding" as stated in the Lat Lng Blog

But the context menu itself uses the undocumented "singlerightclick"
event as Mike said, and therefore I think there is no library
available up to now. Undocumented API events and features can change
without further notice.
