Hi All, I've used the gmapsV2 API a couple of times for basic mapping features but now need to develop something which I think could be done a couple of different ways and would really appreciate any input.
I need to develop a map that will plot businesses that have been added to the Google Local Business Centre (http://www.google.com/local/add/ analyticsSplashPage?gl=us&hl=en-UK) which are based within a certain County/District/Named Area as well as limiting results by of something like a keyword or tag e.g. Shop, Castle, etc. My main concern is the tag/keyword control as I would like to use some kind of custom tag(s)/keyword(s) to restrict items retrieved. Is this technically a mash-up between gmaps and the Local Business Centre or can this be done solely through gmaps?
