Should be pretty simple to iterate over the markers and track the min/ 
max lat/lon, then use that as you bounding box...ask the API to tell  
you the min zoom to encompass that box (can't remember the call off  
the top of my head, but search for "bounds" or some such) and use the  
center of the box as your map center.
