First, you need to look at that:

This is a small town deep inside The Mother Russia. There's no reason
for Google to care about the streets and roads and buildings in this
hole.

But! The satellite images are pretty cool, and there are some people
who would like to use Google Maps on local websites. Me, for example.

Is there any chance that I could contact to someone who could cut
these inaccurate lines which go through the town?
And is there any hope that it will be done during this century?
