I am sorry but I cannot provide a link because the project is not yet released to the public and it would be too difficult to mimic an identical scenario to provide a test environment.
When the error occurs, 4 small colored dots appear in the middle of the gray map and move when I drag the map with my cursor. However, the dots move faster than what would seem to be the correct speed at which I dragging. The map is gray, with no ability to zoom in or out, no ability to click on any of the view buttons.
