No.  The hostname has to be owned by google (and I haven't check
recently to see if that still works).

Not that I know of (but I don't know much about Drupal).  Probably
your only option is to create the map you want in myMaps and put it in
an iframe in your site (it will be difficult to make it dynamic that
way however).
