What are the current solutions for overlapping markers? I've taken a look at the demo on http://groups.google.com/group/Google-Maps-API/browse_thread/thread/23d5467e4211c143#, but I'm not too sure if this is such an elegant solution for the following reasons:
1. Multiple markers can be expanded concurrently (which increases screen clutter) 2. The line connectors also adds to the screen clutter 3.
