It's clearly not a Google Maps problem, because the page that contains the Google Map can't be loaded.
I notice that when MSIE fails to load the page, the page that it fails to load isn't http://www.brandrup.de/?page=haendler_karte what it actually has a problem with is: res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm#http://www.brandrup. de/? and the specific problem that it has is that MSIE doesn't support the "res://" protocol. I've no idea why MSIE tries to fetch that res:// page. A web search for "shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm" returns pages full of complicated suggestions that generally seem to suggest that MSIE might be infected with some sort of malware but never quite seem to resolve the issue, but that doesn't make much sense in this case. -- Mike Williams http://econym.org.uk/gmap --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
