Hi, I haven't yet started writing my application but this is what I would like to be able to do, and I'm wondering if this sort of thing is possible and where in the API I should start learning more.
I want to be able to have Google set a route for me (stored if possible) between two cities. Then, I'd like to be able to calculate the next point based on a certain number of miles along that route. For instance, start in City A and it finds the directions, and I'd like to calculate the point 10 miles down the road, and 15 miles down the road, etc. I'm very much open to ideas as to how to implement this.
