You could put an <iframe> inside an infowindow. The problem is that 
http://www.yahoo.com doesn't fit at all well inside an infowindow.

You could write a server to screen scrape the target page and return the 
HTML that it finds there, and modify it so that it does fit. Might not 
be legal - check the Yahoo terms.

You could probably call the Yahoo Search APIs and format the results to 
fit the infowindow.
