Hello everyone, I've just begun posting here, but I must say you all have been most helpful. I am very new to the google maps API, so thanks to all who have taken the time to answer my questions.
I find myself at yet another impasse as I try to set a point at the center of the map, and then fix the window zoon to show only a specific number of miles in radius from that point. I know I need to use the Haversine formula with distance and one lat and long point as input. However, I can't for the life of me understand it well enough to write it in PHP or MySql. Does anyone know where I can get some sample code?
