It seems the q parameter of the GClientGeocoder is very flexible - you
can use a full address, or a city name, or 'South Pole' etc, and get
reasonable results. Is there any guide to how this value gets parsed?
Here is an example:

Q value of just 'berlin' returns only Berlin, Germany.
Q value of 'berlin usa' returns several cities in the US, including
Berlin, Wisconsin.

Why does the first example, with no extra query information, just
return the one city Berlin, Germany - and the second example, with
country information, returns multiple results? I would think the first
example would return any Berlins that would be available.
