I can read Russian although I don't understand it. This "Россия Москва Троицк" is Troitsk, Moscow, Russia (English addresses go outwards to the largest entity last). I guess that the Troitsk in Moscow region is not the first choice when you ask for "Troitsk, Russia" and you need to narrow down the search a little. Having said that, wildcards with * used to work.
