I am running this on Salesforce.com's platform.  So yes a "shared
host". I don't know how many different IP addresses these requests
would be coming from or if they ever change, , I will reach out to the
Salesforce.com tech-folks to find out.
Seems as though what I'm doing isn't against T's and C's, it's just
that people on the same server are making requests and we're all
counting against the same limit.
I may need to switch the model to make it geocode on the client and
not the server...


I tried the app out today, and it worked just fine.  I think you guys
are right.... shared host, one IP... causing problems.
