Yep.  There is absolutely no way anyone can help you with this problem
without seeing it in action.

Another point: if your map is internal use only, then you are required
to purchase a license for this use from Google (and probably from
Microsoft as well) That license includes support directly from Google,
so you have no need to ask us in this forum.
