I'd like to place an 'overlay' over the top of a gmap. The overlay would contain a public domain weather chart.
I can determine the lat/lon of the corners of the weather map. I would like to be able to fine-tune the opacity of the 'overlay'. Is there a way to do this - assuming I've got the weather map as a .png, jpeg or gif?
