Yes. 'mousemove' event returns the GLatLng of the mouse cursor.
GEvent.addListener(map, 'mousemove', function(pointer){
document.getElementById("display").innerHTML = pointer.toUrlValue();
});
Of course you must have a <span> or <div id="display">
