Confirmatively and learning CDATA, quickfix with replace or worst case
frontend iteration but to save iteration, there's already one just
unknown what to replace to:
replace('\'','')
clears junk though xml alltime validates completely by w3c. I can use
CDATA, kml, xml and all while thinking 5 ways here: CDATA, xml escape,
javascript escape, python escape or clear from empty like above
quickfix workaround. App layer is good for all obvious reason, the
less logic in presentation the better and the more kept to one
iteration the optimal.
