In the meantime, I'm setting a 150ms timeout after a
MarkerManager.refresh(), to a function that goes through the current
marker array and checks to see if that marker has been viewed.  If it
has, it does another GMarker.setImage() call on that marker.  My
concern, though, is that on slower computers, is it possible that all
the markers might not be initialized yet, and when the function runs,
the code could fail.  Still wish there was a more elegant solution for
this.
