Thanks for the tip, but it didn't work.  This error seems so odd and
specific, we're hoping it's a glitch and a restart will sort things
out.  I'll return w/ the result either way.

Thanks for the help, regardless.  It was worth it just finding out
what wasn't wrong, and I appreciate that.
