One more comment: client reports:
1. Make sure you are viewing completely zoomed out (all states, all districts, no organization selected) 2. The map appears very zoomed out with nothing but gov trak visible 3. Double click anywhere on the map to zoom in. 4. I'd say 3 out of 5 times this freezes my computer in nearly every browser type and Scott has been able to confirm this issue in his EI as well.
