These approaches -

map.getDragObject().setDraggableCursor(foo);
map.getDragObject().setDragingCursor(foo);

would definitely change the map cursor.

But I want to change the cursor when the user 'mouse over' on any
feature of 'GTileLayer'

for example: for a point GTileLayer, mouse cursor should only change
when the user 'mouse over' on any point and not to the other area of
map where points does not exists.
