Hello all,

We have a new Web Content Mangement System that we are allowing users
to create google maps in. We have two environments one is our staging/
authoring environment and the other is our production environment. We
have no problem using our enterprise key on our live site. Internally
though, on the inside of the firewall we are trying to allow users to
create their maps at an internal URL (http://staging.domain.com).
However we get the message:

The Google Maps API server rejected your request. This could be
because the API key used on this site was registered for a different
web site. You can generate a new key for this web site at
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/.

We generated a key for this url but to no avail. Is it possible to use
the Maps API key within a firewall? what communication is failing here
that google requires?

thanks,

Erik Kulvinskas
