While your KML includes errors like
   "Inner boundary of Polygon is not within outer boundary"
I expect all sorts of things will be inconsistent.

You're asking the API to detect when a click is within a poly.  If it
can't easily tell the outside from the inside, this is going to be
difficult.  Many people use GGeoXml without the described complaint.

If you think its a bug, reproduce the behaviour with a valid KML
source and raise an API issue.
