IE6 doesn't like it. There is no map at all on the first page and a thin sliver which has fallen over the page break on to the next. (When printed on Letter-size paper. On A4 everything's fine) But then we already know that IE6 can't handle images-at-page-break well; and that IE8 is screwy.
