The problem appears to be that you don't know what that route is. If you can't find that out, you can't complete the task. You can't simply use Google's GDirections from start-to-end, or anyone elses for that matter, since they might not agree with your "someone" about the best way to send the truck. If you can get some waypoints from "someone", you might get GDirections via those waypoints (which will follow streets) but they're not guaranteed to match with "someone's" arbritary route.
