For feature requests, we mark the status as either "Acknowledged" when we recognize it as a valid issue, and "Fixed" when or if we fulfill it - there's no in between status. Note that it is the most popular request for the Geocoding API, and we take that seriously.
The current format is horrid to parse, sorry.
