It would be tricky to do with GGeoXml, but with GeoXml and EGeoXml you 
can write your own createMarker function that makes a call to your mySQL 
server script to obtain the infowindow contents.

You need to be a little careful with your nested callbacks, to make sure 
that you obtain closures from both asynchronous activities (the click 
and the server call).

Switching away from GGeoXml also means that the file size limit on your 
KML file will be lifted, and allows you to use a marker management 
system, like MarkerManager or Clusterer, which you'll be sure to need 
with that many markers.
