You can get those tilesets by

GBandwidth.forceLowBandwidthMode(true);

The tile images are more heavily compressed and the hybrid tiles are
composite. The file sizes are significantly smaller.

I don't know the correct syntax for using methods of GBandwidth
object. The line above was just a quick try and there is something
wrong with it because both 'old' and 'new' tiles are downloaded.

The static methods of GBandwidth are:

   forceLowBandwidthMode(a)
   initializeLowBandwidthMapLayers()
   isInLowBandwidthMode()
   setLowBandwidthMode(a,b)
   setupBandwidthHandler(a,b,c)
   trackTileLoad(a,b)
