If you're not talking about GDirections in the API, but rather maps.google.com, then you can add bracketed text like ...+(text)+... In the simple example of the URL you quoted, the text gets added to the vague address, "text, Riggs Road" which may not be what you want. The page title doesn't include "Rigg Road" though.
