To me it looks really like you described. So what you do is that you
embed "normal" google maps to your page and these google maps are set
to search for location you already have in "Location" variable.

It means:
1) You cannot change the marker parametres (ok maybe you can, but I
dont know how)
2) The result can get funny when input its incorrect - for example try
inserting this into URL
http://www.google.com/maps?q=foo&ie=UTF8&t=h&z=14&iwloc=A&output=embed

(Its funny but it really gives an answer)

Basically what you need, is called "reverse geocoding" if you want to
use API. Try to search for that
