Neither does your code, unless you tell it how. You've got (at the moment) details for five photos in your photos.xml. The script creates a map and shows them all, when any photo is clicked. One way to go about it might be - First, change the function that is run when any photo is clicked: You don't want it to make a new map every time there is a click, so only make a new map if there isn't one already. You don't want it fetch the xml every time, so only fetch the xml if you don't have it already. Now, the hard part is to tell which photo has been clicked. Unless you can find that out, you can't find out which of the xml entries goes with it. You are using Spry or something to display the photos, so that's a question you must go ask in a Spry forum. Once you can find out which photo has been clicked, you can write some code to scan through your xml looking the one entry that corresponds. First remove any old marker.
