Not sure what you want exactly. You're using an embedded 'My Maps' thats not part of the Maps API.
If you want to replace your 'My Maps' map with a Maps API map, you can use a third party infowindow instead of the 'normal' infowindow or you can use a tooltip instead of an infowindow. Have a look at Mikes tutorial http://econym.org.uk/gmap/ You even can use tooltips with images.
